The whole house for the academic year, 6 rooms for rent to students at Uppsala Uninversity, Campus Gotland. We expect that you are environmentally aware and considerate with responsibility for the mutual well-being.

Distanse to the Univercity Campus is about 6 minutes walk, half a mile. (700 meters)
The rooms are furnished and broadband is included (cable and wireless central fiber connection). Large common dining room / kitchen (crockery etc). Two showers, toilets and access to washer and dryer. The house is 140 m2 and is smoke and pet free. A small room for office and technology, etc. used by the landlord. The rooms are rented by individual contracts. You bring your own bedding, pillows and coverings.(Nearest shop 300m Åhlens)

A larger room 21 m2 (Room 6)
Renting period September 1 to end May (unless otherwise agreed) The tenant can stay at least from the academic year start to finish. The rent is SEK 3250 per month and room.

It is important that you introduce yourself. Write what interests you have, what you did before and maybe something about your upbringing etc. Course and study plans as well as full name and contact details. I try to get together a group that fits well together with some differences to get a good dynamic.
